I am basically the exact opposite of the type of person you'd expect to find taking a Learn To Run class. I spend most of my free time hanging out with friends, having a few drinks, and getting strange tattoos. I wouldn't say I'm "unfit" but I do get a little bit winded after a big day at the mall, and my dream dinner is a Big Mac. I am surrounded by "Fit" people all day long, and after a year of having no idea what anyone is talking about, I've decided to do something about it. Mark my words: I am going to get fit, I am going to start running, and next year when they do the big company run that they do every year, maybe they'll invite me to participate, instead of just inviting me to the barbeque afterwards....
